So habe das gemacht und von goodnote eine Schullizenz bekommen.

Bin mir aber nicht sicher wie ich jetzt weiter vorgehen muss.

To ensure a smooth process, we have created a manual with step-by-step instructions on how to push the keys via App Config and you can access the manual here.

If your end-users already have the app deployed via your MDM, we recommend ensuring they have a backup in place before updating. Although the installation via MDM should push the new version as an update to each device, it's always best to have a backup as a precautionary measure. You can find more information on how to back up your data here.

Hallo Birgit.

Darauf kann ich dir leider keine Antwort geben.

Ich habe aber Bauchweh, dass dein Lizenzschlüssel öffentlich hier einsehbar ist, auch wenn ich NICHT angemeldet bin. Vielleicht sehe ich das falsch, aber ich persönlich würde den im Forum sofort unkenntlich machen, damit da kein Schindluder getrieben wird.

Ich mach hier hoffentlich nicht zu viel Wind aber sicher ist sicher, die Schullizenz soll ja vermutlich auch nur für deine Schule gelten.

ich schließe mich Christians Empfehlung an. Das Forum ist für jeden öffentlich einsehbar, nur zum Schreiben muss man angemeldet sein. Ich empfehle dir, den Key aus dem Posting zu entfernen.

Zu deiner Frage: ist beim Text "you can access the manual here" ein Link hinterlegt?

Versuch mal folgendes:
Microsoft Endpoint Manager --> Apps --> App-Konfigurationsrichtlinien
Oben auf "+ HInzufügen" --> Verwaltete Geräte
Gib einen aussagekräftigen Namen ein, wähle bei Plattform "iOS/iPadOS" und wähle darunter die App "Goodnotes" aus - dann auf "Weiter"
Beim Format wähle "XML-Daten eingeben", in das Feld gib die XML-Daten ein, wie sie auf der Webseite oben angegeben sind - nur halt mit der richtigen Seriennummer.

ACHTUNG: Die ersten drei Zeilen und die letzte Zeile übernimmst du nicht, sondern nur das hier (sonst lässt dich der Endpoint Manager eh nicht weitermachen).

Zum Schluss wählst du noch die Gruppen aus, auf die es angewendet werden soll (vermutlich eh alle Geräte?)

bin gespannt, ob es funktioniert... mangels GoodNotes kann ich es nicht ausprobieren.
